Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 2 years related customer service experience, preferably in a heavy industrial environment.
• Background in dispatching and/or heavy equipment/mechanical experience preferred.
• Drug screen and background check required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate assignments of service technicians and materials for field repairs.
• Open work orders in DBS with customer information and PO/account details.
• Use SIS to check warranty status and known issues by serial range.
• Collect COD payments; process cash, checks, credit cards.
• Maintain field technician location logs via scheduler.
• Dispatch on-call technicians for after-hour repairs; coordinate coverage for multiple stores.
• Assist with safety meetings and ensure timely closing of work orders.
