Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 2 years of directly related customer service experience.
• Background in dispatching and/or heavy equipment/mechanical experience preferred.
• On-call availability and punctual attendance are expected.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate assignments of service technicians and materials for field repairs.
• Open DBS work orders with customer details and PO number.
• Use SIS to check warranties or known issues by serial range.
• Collect COD payments from customers; handle card, check, and cash.
• Use DBS for PO numbers and charge accounts accurately.
• Maintain a log of field technicians' locations with scheduling tools.
• Review timecards for accurate labor coding and timely reporting.
• Support field safety meetings and enforce safety policies.
• Assist with work-order questions to close jobs promptly.
• Maintain punctual, regular attendance.
• Help technicians with parts and tooling; check back-ordered items.
