Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate assignments of service technicians and materials for field repairs.
• Open work orders in DBS with customer information and PO/account details.
• Use SIS to check machine warranty or issues by serial range.
• Collect COD payments; process credit cards, checks, or cash.
• Use Varian for PO numbers for outside purchases.
• Track technician locations with scheduler program.
• Review timecards and ensure correct charging by work order.
• Assist with safety meetings and enforce company safety policies.
• Maintain punctual attendance and be on-call for after-hour emergencies.
