Job summary

Cash Depot, based in Green Bay, WI, is seeking a skilled Dispatch/Service Coordinator to pair with field technicians and resolve customer issues swiftly. You will create work orders, schedule technicians, and adhere to priority dispatch policies while maintaining strong communication across teams.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma (associate degree preferred), 1+ year experience in a professional setting, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a professional position; call center experience a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or relevant systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to be organized, detail-oriented, and multi-task.
• Willingness to work non-standard shifts including nights and weekends.
• Ability to adapt to change and work within policy guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch Field Service Technicians and assign calls per company policy.
• Create service work orders and dispatch/schedule field service technicians to service equipment and resolve issues on site.
• Monitor routes and seek out efficiencies and route optimizations.
• Promptly handle incoming ticket requests and emails related to service issues.
• Identify and recommend efficiency improvements.
• Provide coverage for other zones when needed.
• Meet service goals and perform other duties as assigned.
