Job summary

The St. Joe Company is seeking a System Analyst to provide technical assistance and guidance to corporate, hotel, and business units.

You will troubleshoot issues, gather needs, and help prioritize technology requirements while assisting with training and best practices for hardware and software use. You will serve as the first contact for users via ITSM, help desk channels, and on-site support, handling hardware, software, and network problems, with opportunities to participate in AV setups and

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• COMPTIA certificate or Associate degree preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems and common business applications.
• Familiarity with networking concepts, printers, VOIP, and remote troubleshooting.
• Previous hotel or hospitality experience a plus.
• Ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for users seeking technical assistance via ITSM, phone, email, and chat.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues promptly.
• Receive, configure, install, and support computer hardware and peripherals in a corporate environment.
• Assist the Systems and Network staff in the roll-out of network upgrades and patches.
• Escalate complex issues to higher-level internal and external support teams when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of issues and solutions in a ticketing system.
• Use diagnostic software to perform routine maintenance and upgrades on computers, peripherals and network hardware.
• Responsible for maintaining a clean, safe and hazard-free work environment.
• Assist with AV needs including projectors and laptops.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Performs scheduled on-call shift rotations.
