Job summary

St. Joe Company/St. Joe Resort Operations is seeking a System Administrator to manage server infrastructure, company devices, and software systems. You will troubleshoot, document, and optimize IT environments across hospitality operations.

The role involves Active Directory, Group Policy, PKI, patch management, backups, and collaboration with IT staff on projects. On-call support may be required outside normal hours.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Microsoft certificates or degree in a computer-related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Four to five years of experience in System Admin role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer core infrastructure services including Active Directory, Group Policy, PKI, etc.
• Enforce system-hardening standards and remediate vulnerabilities.
• Produce and maintain infrastructure documentation.
• Automate recurring administrative tasks using approved tools.
• Manage server hardware/software to ensure uptime and performance.
• Maintain backups and patch management per regulatory requirements.
• Assist IT staff with software integration and rollout.
• Participate in on-call support for after-hours emergencies.
