Job summary

Rug Doctor is hiring a full-time Area Service Representative to deliver products, service displays and equipment, and provide superior customer service to established retail accounts on an assigned route in Kentucky. The role requires overnight travel once per week and independent, self-managed work on a fast-paced schedule.

Responsibilities include maintaining clean, stocked rental displays and servicing machines, while upholding Rug Doctor standards and safety.

Qualifications

• Willingness to travel overnight once per week and work on a fixed route.
• Strong customer service and communication abilities essential.
• Ability to diagnose basic issues with equipment and perform routine tasks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products and service display/equipment to retail accounts.
• Maintain rental displays, inspect and service machines on route.
• Ensure cleanliness, stock levels and proper merchandising at locations.
• Provide responsive customer service and resolve issues as needed.
• Adhere to company standards and procedures on a daily basis.
