Responsibilities

• Conduct On-Site Services: installations, repairs, and routine maintenance at customer sites.
• Troubleshooting & issue resolution with cross-functional teams to diagnose and address field issues.
• Documentation & reporting: record completed work, materials used, and follow-up actions.
