Job summary

CEIA USA, headquartered in Hudson, OH, is seeking a Technical Support Coordinator to be the first contact for customers needing assistance. You will evaluate tickets, perform first-level troubleshooting, and coordinate field service activities to ensure timely resolutions.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma and technical background or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in technical support and data entry experience required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook; familiarity with WebEx preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for technical support requests and tickets.
• Provide first-level troubleshooting and live phone support to resolve issues.
• Coordinate field service activities and schedule technician visits.
• Document interactions and resolutions in the service management system.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate technical personnel as needed.
