Job summary

Reeb Millwork, an SBP Brand, seeks a detail-oriented Field Service Coordinator to manage warranty and repair service requests from dealers, homeowners, and internal teams. You will coordinate scheduling, document operations, and support installation guidance to ensure timely service and customer satisfaction.

The role emphasizes proactive communication, accurate record-keeping, and collaboration with technicians and sales teams to resolve issues and maintain high service quality.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated excellence in customer service and communication.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to troubleshoot and negotiate resolutions with customers.
• Experience with building materials and warranty procedures is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for dealers, homeowners, and internal teams about service requests and warranty concerns.
• Respond to calls and emails professionally and promptly.
• Coordinate inspections, warranty repairs, and service appointments with customers and technicians.
• Verify warranty eligibility and document issues for proper action.
• Prepare service requests, parts orders, and related documentation.
• Maintain accurate service records and inventory for efficient operations.
• Collaborate with service supervisors and sales to fulfill customer needs.
