Job summary

Jobtailor in Pittsburgh is seeking a dedicated case manager to support individuals experiencing homelessness. The role provides information and flexible case management while acting as a bridge to the Coordinated Entry system.

You will assess immediate needs and screen eligibility for public and private programs, empowering clients to advocate for themselves. Qualifications include a Master’s or Bachelor’s in Social Services with relevant field experience, and required clearances (Act 33/34)

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a field related to social services with at least two years’ field work experience; OR Bachelor’s degree in a related field with at least four years’ field work experience; OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Act 33 and 34 clearances.
• Valid Driver's License with insurance and access to a reliable vehicle.
