Job summary

The QualiFind Group is representing a Danish-based client seeking a Field Service Electronics Engineer to maintain and service their automated cell counting instrument platform. This hands-on, customer-facing role requires travel to customer sites and strong collaboration with R&D and Product Management.

Ideal candidates will have a degree in Mechatronics or Electrical Engineering and 2+ years of field experience with electromechanical lab equipment or automation systems, plus excellent English

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechatronics or Electrical Engineering.
2+ years of field experience with electromechanical equipment.
Travel up to 80% domestically.
Strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

Perform maintenance, troubleshoot, and repair instruments at customer sites.
Service electromechanical systems, including firmware updates and component replacement.
Inspect setups to identify risks and mitigate downtime; read system logfiles.
Collaborate with R&D and Product Management for field insights and product improvement.
Act as ambassador for the company, delivering high customer service and professionalism.
Document all interventions in the CRM.
