Job summary

Novaspect, Inc. seeks a Control Systems/Field Service Engineer to join a fast-paced, customer-oriented Field Service team. You will support engineering and sales in delivering process control solutions, configure and commission DCS, perform tuning, and travel to customer sites as needed.

You will generate detailed reports, train operators, and mentor other engineers to grow skills within the organization. The role emphasizes strong communication with customers, problem solving, and on-site as

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or technology field or technical work experience.
2-4 years of experience in the control system engineering field.
Experience working with DeltaV, preferred.
Demonstrate excellence in core job responsibilities and competencies.

Responsibilities

Assist engineering and Sales teams in developing and delivering process control solutions for industrial customers.
Provide on-site and remote site support including DCS configuration, commissioning, startup, and tuning.
Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting; lead preventive maintenance and cybersecurity tasks.
Travel to customer facilities up to 65% and deliver operator training.
Create detailed engineering reports with recommendations and guidance.
