A leading industrial services provider in Texas is seeking a skilled technical specialist to join their DeltaV Project Execution team. The role involves supporting project execution from a hardware/system perspective, conducting site initialization, troubleshooting, and lifecycle support for systems. Candidates should have an Associate Degree and 2-3 years of relevant experience, with DeltaV training preferred. Strong skills in electrical systems and effective communication in high-stress environments are essential.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience performing similar project work.
Ideal candidate has DeltaV training and experience.
Responsibilities
Assist in Front End Project Studies.
Analyze Power and Grounding (As Found and Requirements).
Review/Approve System bill of material and architectures.
Review/Approve Enclosure design requirements.
Cutover Planning and Execution.
Perform Site Initialization and Inspection.
DeltaV PC/Server and Networking Equipment setup and configuration.
Assist in Factory and Site Acceptance Tests.
Manage Cutover, Commissioning and Loop-check Activities.
Initialize and Troubleshoot Communications.
Lifecycle Support of Systems.
Skills
A/C and D/C power and grounding
Electrical test equipment
DCS and/or PLC control systems
Windows-based computers
Ethernet-based communications protocols
Reading/interpretation of engineering design documents
Education
Associates Degree in Relevant Technical Degree
