Job summary

Eaton's Engineering Service & Systems Division in Fenton, MO, is seeking an Associate Field Service Representative to join our team.

This on-site role provides field service assistance, equipment transport, installation, startup, and maintenance across electrical power distribution equipment; supports service teams and warehouse tasks; requires a high school diploma with technical aptitude and may include travel.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or higher.
• 2-year technical degree or similar training is preferred.
• Willingness to work on-site in the US and travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide field service assistance by supporting Eaton Field Service Representatives in transporting equipment to customer sites, installing, startup, maintaining, repairing, and modifying electrical power distribution equipment.
• Assist office personnel and field service team with assigned tasks.
• Assist with shipping and receiving.
• Perform warehousing and material handling.
• Prepare materials, test equipment and tools so jobs are staged for success.
• Manage stock and special-order inventory.
• Maintain records and data entry around reports.
