Job summary

Eaton's ES AMER ESS division is seeking an Associate Field Service Representative in Fenton, MO. You will assist Field Service Representatives, help with equipment installation and maintenance, and support warehousing and material handling to ensure successful job completion.

The role requires a high school diploma and valid driver's license, with opportunities for overtime, travel, and ongoing training. Within 50 miles travel is preferred, with potential for advancement across service branches.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or higher is required.
• Preferred: 2-year technical degree or equivalent military training.
• Experience with electrical/distribution systems is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide field service assistance by supporting Eaton Field Service Representatives at customer sites.
• Assist with shipping & receiving and material handling.
• Prepare materials, test equipment and tools for job readiness.
• Maintain stock and special-order inventory records.
• Travel within the district/state as required.
