The role covers on‑site support for desktop, printers, and mobile devices in a busy warehouse/distribution setting, with responsibility for equipment troubleshooting, asset management, and SLA‑driven deployments.

The candidate will train new staff on client knowledge and proprietary software, resolve incidents, and collaborate with the operations team to drive operational efficiency

Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting desktops and printers.

• Experience in a warehouse or distribution center.

Responsibilities

• Serve as point of contact for the Shepherdsville location.
• Train new onboard staff on client knowledge and procedures.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, install, maintain, and service designated equipment.
• Perform daily routine checks of printers and workstations in the warehouse.
• Maintain inventory and disposal of assets; track end‑user devices.
• Deploy EUC devices and equipment per SLA.
• Troubleshoot laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
• Manage IT stockroom and related tasks.
• Respond to customer inquiries and manage escalations.
• Collaborate with operations team to provide technical guidance.
• Suggest technology-driven improvements for operations.

• Working experience in a warehouse or distribution center

Responsibilities

• Point of contact for the Shepherdsville location
• Train all new onboard staff on client knowledge, procedures, and proprietary software (scale server)
• Investigate, troubleshoot, install, maintain, and service designated equipment
• Perform daily routine check‑ups of all printers in the warehouse (300) and workstations (156)
• Provide maintenance and disposal of assets and track inventory of end‑user devices
• Deploy EUC devices and equipment with the defined SLA
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with laptops, printers, and mobile devices
• Manage IT stockroom and related tasks
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding technical issues and manage escalations
• Handle customer complaints and ensure satisfaction during closure
• Collaborate closely with the operations team at Shepherdsville, providing technical guidance and solutions to avoid issues
