Qualifications

• Engineering or technical degree or equivalent practical experience in industrial machinery.
• 5+ years of equipment maintenance and support experience.
• 3+ years of account management, customer service, technical sales, or similar role.
• Experience with beverage packaging systems or related machinery preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for assigned systems customers, building long-term relationships.
• Identify and lead corrective actions for emerging issues before they escalate.
• Analyze machine, service, parts, and performance data to identify trends and root causes.
• Prepare regular reports measuring progress and highlighting risks.
• Coordinate with carton sales, field service, and internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Support replacement-parts and field-service sales by defining customer requirements.
• Identify opportunities to expand relationships through machines, upgrades, and integrated solutions.
