Job summary

Samsung Electronics America, Inc. is seeking an on-site Brand Ambassador to support Samsung B2B Care. You will resolve site escalations, manage regional customer relationships, and collaborate with service and sales teams on opportunities to grow business.

You will provide engineering level support for visual display products, deliver training, create documentation, and help with small to mid-size service projects. Travel up to 80% nationwide; some after-hours work may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Electronics/Computer Engineering Technology, Business or Hospitality.
• Six years of customer service experience supporting Audio/Visual products and systems.
• Experience with digital signage products and complex AV systems is a plus.
• Preference for experience with Samsung indoor/outdoor signage and Direct View LED.
• OSHA 30 certification is a plus.
• Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office; strong verbal and written skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site brand ambassador role for Samsung B2B Care.
• Receive and resolve escalations; coordinate with internal teams to close issues.
• Manage regional customer relationships and support sales reviews.
• Collaborate with service account managers and sales for opportunities.
• Provide on-site engineering level support for display products and services.
• Deliver training, evaluations, reporting, and real-time technical support.
