Job summary

Samsung Electronics America, Inc. is seeking an on-site brand ambassador for Samsung B2B Care to manage escalations, regional customer relationships, and collaboration with sales teams on existing business reviews and new opportunities.

The role includes engineering-level support for Samsung visual display products, training and performance evaluations for service teams, and travel across the U.S. with up to 80% travel 가능.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Electronics/Computer Engineering Technology, Business management or related Customer service field.
• Six (6) years of customer service experience supporting Audio/Visual products and systems.
• Experience with installation, operation and support of digital signage products and complex AV systems is a plus.
• Strong preference for customer escalation support and customer-facing roles with a service mindset.
• Experience with Samsung indoor/outdoor digital signage products (Direct View LED, LFD, MagicInfo) is a plus.
• OSHA 30 certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site brand ambassador role as a representative of Samsung B2B Care.
• Receive and resolve site escalations; coordinate with internal teams to close issues.
• Manage regional customer relationships and support new business opportunities.
• Provide on-site engineering level support for Samsung display products and services.
• Deliver training, evaluations, reporting, and real-time technical support for service teams.
