Job summary

Samsung Electronics America, Inc. (SEA), the U.S. Sales and Marketing subsidiary, seeks an on-site Brand Ambassador for Samsung B2B Care to support regional customers and escalations.

You will travel up to 80% across the U.S. and provide engineering-level support for Samsung display products, collaborating with sales and service teams to ensure premier customer service. As a regular full‑time role, you will help in training, documenting processes, and contributing to new business opportunities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Electronics Engineering Technology, Computer Engineering Technology, Business management, Hospitality, or similar Customer service
• Six years of customer service experience supporting Audio/Visual products and systems
• Experience with installation, operation and support of digital signage products is a plus
• Strong preference for customer escalation support and customer-facing roles with strong soft skills
• Must have valid driver's license and be willing to travel up to 80%

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site brand ambassador role for Samsung B2B Care
• Resolve site escalations by coordinating with internal teams
• Regional customer relationship management
• Collaborate with service account manager and sales team on business opportunities
• Provide engineering-level support for Samsung display products and services
• Deliver training, reporting and real-time technical support for service teams
• Develop and manage small to medium service-related projects
• Travel domestically to customer sites as required
