Job summary

Public Storage is seeking a Property Manager who can work independently at multiple locations, both inside and outside. You will assess customer storage needs, suggest packing and moving supplies, and conduct daily unit inspections to ensure spaces are ready to rent.

Duties include auditing cash drawers, making bank deposits, and contacting customers about payments. You will travel between sites using your own vehicle (mileage reimbursed) and support a clean, well-maintained facility environment.

Qualifications

• Candidates come from customer-service oriented sales environments such as retail or hospitality.
• Physical tasks include lifting up to 35 pounds and navigating indoor/outdoor work settings.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and own vehicle for travel between locations (mileage may be reimbursed).

Responsibilities

• Assess customer storage needs and propose packing/moving supplies.
• Perform daily unit inspections to confirm inventory and readiness to rent.

• Help customers stay current with payments and make reminder/collection calls when needed.
