Job summary

Public Storage is hiring Property Managers who work independently at multiple locations, both inside and outside. You will assess customer storage needs, suggest packing and moving supplies, and perform daily inspections to ensure units are ready to rent.

You will also audit cash drawers, process payments, and make reminder/collection calls as needed. The role requires a valid driver’s license and the ability to travel between facilities using your own vehicle, with mileage reimbursements

Qualifications

• Customer-service oriented with sales experience.
• Willingness to travel between locations using own vehicle.
• Ability to perform daily inspections and handle cash.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer storage needs and suggest packing/moving supplies.
• Perform daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability.
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits.
• Assist customers with payments and reminders/collections.
• Transport items up to 35 pounds and work outdoors up to 50%.
