Job summary

Public Storage is seeking a Property Manager who works independently at multiple locations, indoors and outdoors, to assess customer storage needs and suggest solutions.

You will inspect units daily to confirm inventory and readiness to rent, assist customers with moving/packing supplies, and handle cash drawers and deposits.

You will help keep accounts current by reminding customers and placing payment calls when required, and you will travel between sites using your own vehicle.

Qualifications

• Prev. experience in customer-service/sales environments.
• Valid driver’s license and own vehicle required.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer storage needs and suggest solutions, including selling packing and moving supplies.
• Perform daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and readiness to rent.
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits as part of daily operations.
• Keep customers current with payments and make reminder and collection calls when required.
