- Assist with facility access management and entry points.
- Install, relocate, and maintain security hardware.
- Troubleshoot vendor hardware and software issues.
- Provide end-user and facility staff support.
- Track project progress and communicate issues and updates.
- Complete tasks accurately within deadlines.
- Travel to multiple facility locations for onsite support.
