Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a Commercial Service Technician in Florida to troubleshoot and service security systems including burglar alarms, fire alarms, CCTV, and access control. You will work remotely with tools provided to service customers at their facilities and ensure efficient operation of building security systems.

The role requires a minimum 3 years’ experience with similar products, a valid driver’s license, and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years installing and servicing Tyco Integrated Security or similar.
• Experience with Card Access, CCTV/IP cameras, and Fire Alarms.
• High school diploma or equivalent and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and service commercial security systems (alarms, CCTV, access).
• Repair/replace faulty equipment and test operation.
• Coordinate inspections with authorities and provide quotes for solutions.
