PalAmerican Security is seeking a Field Security Supervisor to oversee all security officers, ensuring top-notch performance and client satisfaction. You will lead a dynamic team, coordinate field operations, and maintain high service standards across sites.

The role emphasizes coaching, training, and discipline within guidance from the Operations Manager, with travel as needed and a focus on reliable, customer-centric security delivery.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of supervisory experience in security preferred.
• Armed security license for MS/TN or valid security competence certificate.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
• Ability to supervise a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Military or law enforcement background preferred but not required.
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel.
• Open availability for shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and oversight for field operations and service delivery.
• Manage staffing to ensure adequate coverage for customer sites.
• Induct and train new personnel on site security procedures.
• Identify improvement opportunities and encourage the team to implement changes.
• Ensure training and screening requirements are met for all staff.
• Ensure contract compliance and achievement of operational goals.
• Lead incident management and conflict resolution.
• Conduct health and safety and risk assessments at sites.
• Support and develop team members and address poor performance.
• Enter and manage time sheets for payroll.
