PalAmerican Security is seeking a Field Supervisor in Midland, TX to lead a team of security officers, ensuring top performance and client satisfaction. You will oversee scheduling, training, site orders, and payroll accuracy while maintaining asset inventories.

Requirements include 21+ years old, a Level II Security License, and 2–3 years of supervisory experience in security or related fields. A valid driver’s license and PC skills are needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years old and hold Level II Security License.
• 2–3 years of experience as a security team lead or supervisor.
• Proficiency in scheduling, operations, and employee management.

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for all security officers assigned to your chain of command.
• Conduct interviews and prepare candidates for On-Site interviews.
• Provide training and guidance to security officers.
• Identify suitable security officers for specific sites.
• Oversee evaluation processes for security officers and supervisors.
• Visit security officers on sites regularly to address issues.
• Develop training regimens and site orders for each site.
• Maintain inventory levels of PalAmerican Security property.
