Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. and 2 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job, as determined by the company. Minimum 2 years of experience in retail preferred.

Responsibilities

• supervise Security Officers and other personnel; ensure post orders are followed, rounds completed, and reports filed.
• coach and discipline personnel; meet with employees and document actions.
• train Security Officers; review post orders with subordinates.
• assist in payroll submissions and personnel information.
• ensure adequate coverage of all posts and positions.
• prepare and submit reports as required.
• meet with client representatives to ensure security requirements are met and provide quality customer service.
• perform supervisory duties including interviewing, orienting, training, directing work, coaching, and hiring decisions.
