Job summary

Inter-Con Security Systems, Inc. seeks a Contract Manager to oversee post-award operations for a major client across multiple Los Angeles locations, translating contract requirements into field plans and leading supervisors to ensure staffing, service delivery and compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in contract/account/project management overseeing post-award operations.
• Experience leading supervisors and frontline staff across multiple sites.
• Knowledge of contract administration, staffing, scheduling, compliance, and client services.
• Strong written and verbal communication for reports and client leadership.
• Ability to translate contract requirements into operating procedures and measurable expectations.
• Judgment, organization, follow-through, and problem-solving in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn scheduling and reporting systems.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel among Los Angeles County locations.
• Ability to meet all background, eligibility, and access requirements.

Responsibilities

• Administer day-to-day post-award contract operations per contract and client directives.
• Convert requirements into operating plans, schedules, performance standards, and supervisor accountabilities.
• Lead hourly supervisors and guide the officer workforce.
• Maintain client relationships through regular communication and reporting.
• Monitor staffing, attendance, overtime, and deployment to ensure coverage across locations.
• Conduct site visits and drive corrective actions to closure.
• Coordinate recruiting, onboarding, training, scheduling, payroll, and HR support.
• Oversee compliance with licensing, training, firearms, background, uniforms, and site requirements.
• Review and maintain contract records, incident reports, inspection documentation, and staffing reports.
• Track labor utilization, overtime, invoicing inputs, and other cost drivers.
• Identify operational risks and implement corrective actions.
• Support transition, mobilization, and steady-state operations.
• Remain accessible outside hours for leadership needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
