Job summary

Inter-Con Security Systems, Inc. is seeking a results-driven Contract Manager to oversee post-award operations across multiple Los Angeles area locations.

You’ll translate contract requirements into actionable plans, supervise frontline officers, and ensure staffing, compliance, and service delivery meet client and Inter-Con standards. You will maintain strong client relationships, monitor performance, and manage financial aspects such as labor utilization and invoicing inputs, while traveling

Qualifications

• 3+ years in contract management, account management, or related leadership.
• Experience leading supervisors and frontline staff in multi-site settings.
• Knowledge of contract administration, staffing, scheduling, and compliance.
• Strong written and verbal communication for client and leadership reporting.
• Ability to translate contractual requirements into operating procedures.
• Valid driver’s license and regular travel across LA County.
• Willingness to meet client and company background requirements.

Responsibilities

• Administer day-to-day post-award contract operations per contract and SLAs.
• Translate contract requirements into operating plans, schedules, and standards.
• Lead hourly supervisors and provide direction to the officer workforce.
• Maintain client relationships through regular communication and reporting.
• Monitor staffing, attendance, overtime, scheduling, and deployments.
• Oversee compliance with licensing, training, firearms, background checks, and site rules.
• Review records, incident reports, and training documentation for accuracy.
• Manage escalations, incidents, and follow-up investigations.
• Track labor utilization, overtime, invoicing inputs, and cost drivers.
• Support transition, mobilization, and ongoing operations post-launch.
