INFOTRON is seeking an experienced P6 Scheduler for data center construction projects in Ohio. The ideal candidate will develop and maintain complex schedules using Primavera P6, coordinating with project managers, construction teams, and contractors to ensure on-time delivery.

You will monitor progress, analyze variances, manage baselines, and provide updates to executives. The role offers hybrid/onsite work in Ohio with potential flexibility for highly qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Scheduler, Planning Engineer, or Project Controls Scheduler.
• Hands-on Primavera P6 experience required on large-scale projects.
• Strong understanding of critical path, dependencies, and resource loading.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; able to collaborate across teams.
• Flexible work from home options available.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project schedules in Primavera P6.
• Establish baselines, current, and recovery schedules and monitor progress.
• Track milestones, critical path activities, and key deliverables.
• Perform schedule updates, progress tracking, and variance analysis.
• Identify schedule risks and potential impacts to timelines.
• Prepare schedule reports and look-ahead schedules.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and subcontractors.
