Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a Field Executive to drive retail sales and build strong relationships with store teams across multiple channels. The role will involve leading store and counter staff, coaching freelancers, and executing seasonal brand plans and events.

You will spend a large portion on the sales floor, identify consumer insights from shopping patterns, and translate them into action plans. 3-4 years in luxury retail leadership and excellent communication are required.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years experience leading luxury beauty retail teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Deliver sales plan by door/territory with product knowledge.
• Build strategic partnerships with retailers and POS staff.
• Strong understanding of retail market and beauty trends.
• Able to recruit, coach and develop branded retailer staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage retail store/counter staff to deliver sales.
• Build and maintain partnerships with retailers and POS teams.
• Plan seasonal brand activities and local events.
• Spend ~70% on the sales floor engaging with managers, staff, and customers.
• Capture consumer insights from shopping patterns to inform action plans.
