Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies in Mobile, AL seeks a Sales & Education Executive who will spend most of their time on the sales floor coaching Beauty Advisors, reviewing store targets, and coordinating promotions to uphold the brand’s premium image.

You will train and develop BAs, deliver education programs, and partner with ASOM/Marketing to drive launches and product visibility. A BA with travel retail experience and strong presentation skills is required.

Qualifications

• BA degree with a minimum of 3 years relevant experience, preferably in the travel retail industry
• Well groomed and good organization and communication skills
• Good presentation skills; comfortable with virtual tools such as Zoom, Skype in addition to in-person presentations
• Empathy, can-do attitude and willingness to travel
• Proficient in MS Office and Excel; comfortable learning new technology platforms
• Proven sales track record

Responsibilities

• Review retail sales targets and performance of each door on a monthly basis
• Analyze performance vs sales objectives, sales trends and competition
• Generate sales reports; ensure brand image and visual merchandising align with brand standards
• Coordinate and execute promotions and in-store programs; ensure BA awareness of promotions
• Coach BAs based on strengths/weaknesses to achieve sales goals
• Train and develop Beauty Advisors; onboarding and staffing of counters
