Responsibilities

• Build and Manage Your Business: Develop and maintain a portfolio of clients through cold calling small to medium-sized businesses, engaging with employees and decision-makers.
• Develop and Implement Training Programs: Create practical sales training programs tailored for different teams and individuals.
• Conduct Training Sessions: Lead engaging training sessions to motivate new recruits and seasoned pros.
• Collaborate with Sales Managers: Work closely with Sales Managers to assess training needs and develop strategies.
• Evaluate Training Effectiveness: Measure success through feedback and performance assessments.
