Qualifications

• Experience in events, retail marketing, canvassing, or face-to-face sales.
• Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
• Comfort working in retail stores, at events, and field-based environments.
• Dependable, organized, and self-motivated.
• Home improvement or big-box store marketing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate high-quality leads at events and in retail environments.
• Coach, mentor, and motivate lead generators to improve performance and confidence.
• Train new hires and support lower-performing team members.
• Visit retail locations and maintain strong relationships with store managers.
• Event setup and teardown.
• Ensure teams are prepared, professional, and set up for success.
