American Home Design, Inc. in the Nashville area is hiring a full-time Assistant Field Sales Trainer to lead and develop our field marketing team while generating high-quality leads at events and in retail environments.

American Home Design, Tennessee's #1 Home Improvement company is hiring a full-time Assistant Field Sales Trainer in the Nashville area. We're looking for a motivated, hands-on leader who can generate leads at a high level while coaching and developing our field marketing team. The schedule for this position will be Wednesday through Sunday.

What You'll Do

• Generate high-quality leads at events and in retail environments
• Coach, mentor, and motivate lead generators to improve performance and confidence
• Train new hires and support lower-performing team members
• Visit retail locations and maintain strong relationships with store managers
• Event Setup and teardown
• Ensure teams are prepared, professional, and set up for success

What We're Looking For
