Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Retail Territory Manager to drive Direct Store Delivery execution across the Minnesota territory. You will lead in-store sales, manage Merchandisers, and build strong relationships with store personnel to grow volume and optimize shelf presence.

Successful candidates will have 3–5 years of selling experience, a valid driver's license, and the flexibility to work weekends and holidays. A company vehicle and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age with a valid state driver's license.
• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• 3–5 years of selling experience with strong business understanding.
• Ability to perform physical activities as required by the role.
• Drug test, MVR check and background check required.
• Company vehicle with gas card and maintenance program offered.

Responsibilities

• Hit monthly and quarterly sales targets across assigned accounts.
• Lead and coach a team of full-time and part-time Merchandisers.
• Ensure flawless rollout of sales priorities and programs in-store.
• Provide expert on-site sales consultation to customers.
• Tailor data-driven strategies to store demographics and needs.
• Cultivate partnerships with store personnel for top-tier service.
• Deploy merchandisers and order writers to maximize shelf impact.
• Oversee product ordering, display execution, and unsaleables management.
• Design and execute a smart store schedule to strengthen relationships.
