Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of field experience in industrial or construction settings.
• Proven ability to prospect and close profitable work.

Responsibilities

• Promote and participate in safety as a company value.
• Lead pre-job meetings, site walks and surveys.
• Layout equipment and create basic lift and rigging plans.
• Develop proficiency in 3D Liftplanner software.
• Record activities and sales in IFS CRM.
• Prepare standard pricing proposals.
• Collaborate with branch resources to find best solutions.
• Assist sales in identifying opportunities for account growth.
• Provide detailed hand-off data to dispatch.
• Support personal and professional development.
• Build knowledge of branch tools and solutions.
