Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience delivering door-to-door residential sales results.
• Ability to mentor, train, and coach sales reps.
• Strong communication and feedback skills.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed a personal target of 20 sales per month in residential fiber sales.
• Provide hands-on field coaching to reps to improve performance.
• Lead by example and build confidence in the team.
• Offer feedback on selling techniques, scripts, and customer interactions.
• Maintain CRM records and report progress to Sales Manager.
• Support territory coverage and ensure consistent follow-up with prospects.
• Participate in leadership development sessions with the VP of Sales.
