Job summary

Arizona Tile, LLC in Houston, TX is seeking an Outside Sales Support to promote products to new and existing customers and maximize sales and profitability. You will support the Sales staff with project setup and event processing.

The role requires 2+ years in retail sales, strong customer service and communication skills, ability to multi-task, and willingness to travel 25-45%. Work schedule Monday–Friday with some Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 2+ years in retail sales with front-facing customer interaction; stone/slabs experience a plus.
• Functional skills: exceptional customer service, proactive problem solving, multi-tasking, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Promote products to new and existing customers to maximize sales and profitability.
• Support sales staff by assisting with setup and processing of projects and events.
• Develop and grow client relationships and maintain customer confidentiality.
• Participate in industry functions such as home shows and professional association meetings.
