Job summary

Ullerta Drilling Technologies, LP is seeking a proactive Sales Support Associate to assist Field Sales teams in meeting customer demands. You will handle inventory, coordinate field deliveries, and ensure safety standards in a fast-paced, on-call environment.

Responsibilities include delivering drill bits, maintaining inventory records, communicating with Supervisors and Account Reps, and supporting a courteous, professional customer experience on site.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of sales or related experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record preferred.
• Ability to navigate maps and use GPS technology.
• Basic reading and writing proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Support Field Sales staff in day-to-day operations to meet customer requirements.
• Deliver drill bits and related inventory to field locations as required.
• Perform inventory distribution and cycle counts with documentation.
• Maintain communication with Sales Supervisors, Applications Engineers, Account Representatives, and District Managers.
• Ensure compliance with all safety procedures at all times.
• Maintain a clean, safe company vehicle and routine maintenance.
• Dress professionally per company standards, including facial hair guidelines.
• Continuously learn about local applications and Ulterra products.
