Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Support Field Sales staff in day-to-day operations to meet customer requirements.
  • Deliver drill bits and related inventory to field locations as required.
  • Perform inventory distribution, cycle counts, and maintain accurate inventory documentation.
  • Maintain open and consistent communication with Sales Supervisors, Applications Engineers, Account Representatives, and District Managers.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety procedures at all times.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and properly serviced company vehicle, including routine maintenance.
  • Dress professionally in accordance with company and management standards, including facial hair guidelines.
  • Continuously learn about local applications, Ulterra products, and proper product application.
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Job description

The Sales Support Associate represents Ulterra Drilling Technologies in an ethical and professional manner while supporting Field Sales teams to meet customer demands. This role is responsible for inventory handling, field deliveries, coordination with internal stakeholders, and maintaining high safety and service standards in a fast-paced, on-call environment.

Detailed Description
  • Support Field Sales staff in day-to-day operations to meet customer requirements

Additional Details

This position is a 24-hour on-call role and may require frequent field travel. The job involves physical activities such as bending, stooping, sitting, and walking. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds is required.
