Job summary

Revision Skincare is seeking a Sales Support Representative to extend BDM capacity in our high-potential medical aesthetics markets. This field-based role collaborates with BDMs, educates accounts, and drives analytics to keep key accounts growing between visits.

You will manage 2-3 territories within a cluster, coordinate onboarding and events, and perform territory analytics. Travel within assigned territories is required; a valid driver's license is essential.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in medical aesthetics, dermatology, or professional skincare sales, sales support, or account coordination.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities across more than one territory simultaneously.
• Comfort with basic sales and territory analytics (CRM data, account-level reporting) to inform day-to-day prioritization.
• Strong presentation and in-office training skills; comfortable leading education sessions for practice staff and, at times, patients.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel regularly within an assigned multi-territory cluster.

Responsibilities

• Education & Events: Lead in-office education trainings and patient events for supported accounts.
• Support seasonal activation programming at the account level.
• Account Development & Onboarding: Coordinate new account openings, onboarding logistics and site setup.
• Lead Generation & Analytics: Drive lead generation activity across the assigned cluster and conduct territory analytics.
• BDM Support: Act as the BDM's forward presence in the cluster between field visits and escalate issues promptly.
