Job summary

Premier Roofing is hiring a Sales Representative – 1099 in Des Moines. You will canvass neighborhoods, identify damage, and guide homeowners through the insurance and restoration process on a field-based team.

You control your schedule, earn $80,000–$110,000 annually, and operate as a 1099 contractor with a startup draw of $500/week for 8 weeks. Des Moines area, full-time position with no salary until commissions accrue.

• Participate in weekly training and ongoing skill development.
