Job summary

LMK Recruiting Solutions is seeking an external sales representative to win new restaurant and commercial kitchen accounts in Brevard County. This full-time, day-shift role focuses on new-business hunting with an uncapped commission structure and a realistic first-year OTE of $75,000–$90,000.

You will prospect in-person at kitchens, hospitals, and schools, manage the full sales cycle from cold walk-ins to signed agreements, and report progress to executive leadership.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of cold B2B field sales/door-knocking experience or strong kitchen operations background transitioning to daytime sales.
• Competitive drive with track record of achievement (sports, internships, or similar).
• Hands-on mindset for navigating commercial kitchens and speaking with staff and owners.

Responsibilities

• Perform 25–40 cold kitchen visits daily, scheduling between lunch and dinner rushes.
• Engage decision-makers to evaluate equipment and offer on-the-spot service trials.
• Serve as the local face of the brand across Brevard County; drive growth and new accounts.
• Track leads in a mobile CRM and provide bi-weekly updates to leadership.
