Job summary

Biltright Turf is seeking an energetic Field Sales Rep — Outside Sales to close turf installations for residential and commercial customers. You’ll measure, design on-site, take photos, and present quotes directly to clients, aiming to secure sales and drive repeat business.

The role is commission-only with high earning potential, requiring a valid license, insured vehicle, and exceptional people skills. Mileage is reimbursed, and you’ll have phone stipends and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have proven in-person sales experience and the ability to close large tickets.
• Ability to read and measure spaces and translate measurements into quotes.
• Comfort presenting designs and estimates directly to clients.
• Valid driver’s license and an insured vehicle are required.
• Strong organization to track estimates and deliverables.
• Experience using tablets to present and edit quotes in the field.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales for turf installations at residential and commercial sites.
• Measure sites, take photos, and design layouts on-site with clients watching.
• Present and adjust proposals in real time, close the deal, and follow up.
• Work across multiple projects (backyards, putting greens, pools, etc.).
• Maintain accurate estimates and handle ongoing client communication.
• Repeat the process with new leads and coordinate with the team.

We need help with turf sales.

For big-ticket, done-for-you turf installs.

• Backyards.
• Commercial jobs.
• Putting greens.
• Pet runs.
• The works.

Where the leads are served on a pretty pink platter. They asked for the quote. They know they’ll be sold to. And they know it ain’t cheap. Which is why our current closers are doing 6‑figures plus (in their pockets).

I’d call it a dream sales job. But that wouldn’t do it justice. (Wink.)

Here’s the gig:

• You roll up to the house.
• You measure.
• Take photos.
• Design it as they watch, in awe…
• Close the deal.
• Then do it again on Tuesday.
