Position:Field Sales Representative – Garage Beer, LLC.

Job Overview: The Field Sales Representative is expected to build and leverage relationships within their assigned territory to increase overall sales, distribution, market share, and brand awareness. This individual is responsible for meeting and collaborating with area distributor partners regularly to monitor and track sales depletions, collaborate on brand programs, and assist with any national and regional chain programming.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Serves as the main point of contact while cultivating relationships in the area – distributors, key retail buyers, or brand partners – including sales launch presentations, market work with, events, and samplings at key accounts.

• Strives to make Garage Beer a top priority within the distributor portfolio by supporting new account growth and remaining proactive with distributor rep communication including full support during distributor sales incentive programs.

• Is in trade at least 5 days per week, actively calling on accounts with a minimum of 30 hours at accounts or events and 50 account visits per week.

• A minimum of 2 sampling events and 1 happy hour event every month.

• Uses VIP KARMA daily to complete surveys, log visits, and take photos for each visit.

• Will organize a list of Key Accounts for all distributors and prioritize visits at these accounts for all distributors in a defined territory.

• Actively identifies and pursues new Local and Regional chain accounts and programs (both on and off-premise) to increase sales volume.

• Provides weekly reporting on job performance, including recaps to distributors with any key new business or display opportunities, while sending advanced weekly schedules to both Garage Beer management and regional distributor managers.

• Tracks and reports sales volume goals for wholesalers in the defined market weekly; with a report on depletions, and will provide forecasting support.
