Surface Experts Minneapolis Southwest is hiring a Field Sales Representative to drive growth across the southwest Minneapolis suburbs. The role focuses on relationship-building with property managers and facility teams, with a guaranteed base and uncapped commissions.

You will follow a planned daily route, meeting 12–15 properties daily, and attending weekly coaching sessions. Training is provided, and strong communication is valued alongside reliability and coachability.

Qualifications

• Comfortable learning simple CRM and routing tools (training provided).

About the Opportunity

This is a field-based, relationship-driven sales role where your success comes from showing up consistently, building trust, and helping customers solve real problems they already care about.

You’ll follow a planned daily route across the southwest suburbs of Minneapolis, meeting with property managers and facility teams who control repair decisions. Our service is simple, highly visual, and easy to stand behind—once people see the results, they tend to keep calling you back.

No prior sales experience is required. If you bring strong communication skills, reliability, and a willingness to learn, we’ll train you to succeed.

• $62,000–$92,000 OTE (On-Target Earnings)
  • Base salary + uncapped commission + bonuses

What Your Day Looks Like

This is a structured, active field role - not a desk job.

• Start your morning by planning your route and reviewing follow-ups from the previous day
• Visit 12–15 properties daily across areas like Minnetonka, Eden Prairie, Edina, Hopkins, and St. Louis Park
• Walk into apartment communities, maintenance offices, and commercial properties to introduce yourself and build relationships
• Ask thoughtful questions to understand each property’s repair needs and priorities
• Follow up with contacts, keep your pipeline active, and turn early conversations into long-term accounts
• Log visits, notes, and next steps in our CRM system before wrapping up your day
• Attend a weekly team meeting to review wins, numbers, and coaching insights
