Surface Experts - West Orlando is seeking a hands-on Technician to perform surface repairs on floors, countertops, and related surfaces. You’ll use a toolkit provided by the company and work on diverse client sites in the Orlando area.

Strong color matching and basic construction knowledge are valuable, with smartphone access for job updates. We offer a full-time role with pay between $20 and $25 per hour, a company car, training, and performance bonuses.

Formación

• Experience with hands-on trades such as construction, manufacturing, painting, or related hobbies.
• Ability to identify, compare, and recreate colors accurately.
• Experience using power tools is a plus (e.g., drill, airbrush).
• Facilities maintenance experience is helpful but not required.
• Smartphone required for communications and dispatch.

Responsabilidades

• Follow Surface Experts’ repair process to complete jobs.
• Repair surfaces using provided tools and materials.
• Deliver world-class customer service to tenants and property staff.
• Track work progress and notes in the dispatch tool.
• Coordinate with the Technician Support Team for questions.
• Work on-site with 4+ customers per day.

• Pay range of $20 - $25 per hour includes base pay and performance-based bonuses

Requirements

• Experience working with your hands - This could be in construction, manufacturing, painting, or even a personal hobby
• An ability to identify, compare, and recreate colors - Understanding color and how to match color is a large part of what we do
• Experience working with power tools is a plus (i.e. power drill, airbrush etc)
• Experience working in facilities maintenance can be a big plus but is not required.

Duties

We're seeking someone with experience in the construction industry, a trade, or any kind of handyman work. Your familiarity with tools, construction materials, and basic construction common sense will be essential in mastering the Surface Experts process.

Follow The Repair Process

• Understand and utilize our unique step by step repair process
• Employ each tool in your custom tool-kit
• Problem-solve repairs with creativity
• Display world-class customer service for tenants and property management staff
• Track work progress and notes in our dispatch tool
• Communicate with the support team with questions

In the Field Daily

• On the jobsite for 4+ customers per day
• On-site Work Orders, customer service, and follow-ups
• Working for a variety of customers in different industries including Property Management, Hotels, Movers, Builders, etc.
